Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 5–6 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, tampered, or leaking
  • The jar seal is broken at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a genuine quality concern

Refunds are not eligible for:

  • Opened or used jars (unless a quality defect is reported)
  • Minor scratches or marks caused during transport that do not affect product quality
  • Delay caused by natural calamities, unavoidable circumstances, or customer unavailability at the delivery location

How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Images or video proof (if the jar was damaged or tampered)

Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed:

  1. We will check the details and determine refund approval based on eligibility.
  2. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–6 business days.
  3. Please note that banks/credit card companies may require additional time to complete the posting of the refund.

If your refund request is not approved, we will notify you with a clear reason.

Replacement Option (instead of Refund)

If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement jar at no additional cost instead of a refund — especially in case of leakage, tampering, or delivery damage.
